how much coverage do we need?
Determining the amount of coverage you need on your wedding day should be based primarily on your own values, and the parts of your day that mean the most to you. What moments are you most looking forward to? Which have the most sentimental value and significance to you? Based on how you answer these questions, you can begin to see the span of time you’ll need in order to include these important moments.
For reference, here are some time estimations for the day’s biggest moments: getting ready (60 minutes with the bride, 30 minutes with the groom), ceremony (30 minutes), portrait session with the couple (45+ minutes), portrait session with the bridal party (30 minutes), portrait session with family (30 minutes), dinner–first dance (2-3 hours), party & dancing (60+ minutes). Please keep in mind these are estimations and will vary based on your own schedule. Please also take into account travel time and be sure to leave a comfortable buffer in your schedule.
